Oh look, another one of these... THE A EDITION

Last year, I labeled off the bands that I listened to and gave a small description, or... well, words about them. I'm going to do the same again, as my music tastes have changed a wee bit. Some of the bands will be the same, but I don't give a shit.

Knowing that I have like three people who will probably look at this, I hope you three enjoy it <3

Aborted - Brutal death metal. They're heavy, angry and they like medical shit. It's like they looked at a picture of Carcass looking at a medical dictionary and wrote their songs based off that.

The Acacia Strain - It's pretty much pure anger. The only albums that I really dig are Continent and Wormwood, but it's low tuned guitars with Vincent (pls don't call him Vince) yelling about everything that makes him angry. It's angry. Pretty much hardcore infused metalcore with some sweet breakdowns.

Afgrund - Swedish grindcore masters who infuse a Gothenburg approach to melodic death metal into le grind. They're pretty fucking rapetastic.

After The Burial - AHMUTHAFUCKACOMEAWNNNNN. New album was pretty fucking boring. Rareform is pretty beastly. Prog deathcore with some amazing riffage and soloz.

Agathocles - Grindcore with guttural vocals that borders on goregrind. If you can make out what they say, there's some pretty fucked up shit in there.

Agoraphobic Nosebleed - Katherine Katz is gorgeous. She can scream like a boss, and the other vocalist isn't all that bad. Sweet as fuck grind with a drum machine. They have an album called Frozen Corpse Stuffed With Dope. It's amazing.

Alexisisonfire - fuck off

The Algorithm - It's a french dude who writes Djentstep. One of his songs has samples of Eminem, and you know what? It's not shit.

All Shall Perish - are a fucking shitty band and they shouldn't be alive

All That Remains - With two shitty albums, one good one, and one pretty great one, people suck their dicks on an unbelievable level. Phil Labonte is a fucking terrible vocalist who's voice is so processed that you can hear him vomit nanobots while he sings. They're metalcore and shit.

The Amenta - With a first album that sounded like Death reaping a baby, and a second album that sounded like a robot Death reaping a baby, they're fucking amazing. One of Australia's top death metal bands. They're industrial and shit.

Amesoeurs - Depressing as fuck black metal. While it's depressing, some of their songs, like the forgettable title of XIVXIIXVIXVIXIVXIVXIVIXVIXIVXIVXIVIXXXVIXVIXVIIVIXVIXVIXVI (note: probably not actual title), are so fucking heavy whilst retaining a bullshit awesome black metal sound.

Amogh Symphony - INDIAN PROG DEATH WAT

Amon Amarth - I don't like them. The only thing that intrigues me is how popular they are because of their silly gimmick. Come on, the music is fucking boring. Come at me, viking cunts.

Anaal Nathrakh - Probably my favourite extreme metal band ever, omitting my love for grindcore. They have eight outstanding releases and a few pretty good ones. They infuse the fucked up sound and speed of grind with the evil and intensity of black metal, while they mash in some sweet as cleans that get me hard. So fucking evil omg.
Some of their riffs just sound like crazy heavy metalcore riffs though.

Anathema - Having two of my all time favourite bands next to each other is pretty much amazing. These guys went from a pretty average doom metal band to an absolutely stellar progressive/soft rock band. They haven't put out a bad album in a decade. We're Here Because We're Here is one of my favourite albums ever released. Ever. Period.

Andy McKee - Fatty who isn't so fat anymore playing with fat fingers that aren't so fat anymore pretty much making a million acoustic guitars cum simultaneously.

Animals As Leaders - THANK FUCK FOR ABE

Anthelion - Think recent cradle of fuck. Get rid of everything that makes them shit. Add about 5 minutes onto the end of their songs and some asians. That's Anthelion.

Apocalyptica - Boring as shit metal. With cellos. Fuck your shitty gimmick.

Arch Enemy - ANGELA GOSSOW IS A FUCKUGLY PROSTITUTE. SHE IS NOT THE PINNACLE OF FEMALE HARSH VOCALISTS. SUCK A FUCKING FUCK YOU SLUT CUNTY WANK CUNT.

Architects - LOOK AT ME! I'M JUMPING! I'M JUMPING! and metalcore

Arsis - AWWW FUCK YEAH. Shitty guitar tone, but they rule. Techdeath without most of the tech.

Arsonists Get All The Girls - They really do.

As I Lay Crying In A Pool Of Fuck Off - shitty band
